Welcome to Not My Roster (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Not My Roster mobile application and related services (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

2. Description of the Service

Not My Roster is a private, personal-use relationship tracking tool that allows users to record and organize information for their own individual use.

• All information entered into the Service is private to the user’s account
• We do not publish, share, or make user entries visible to other users
• The Service is intended solely for personal tracking and reflection

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All information you choose to enter into the Service
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• Any information you record about other individuals

You agree that:

• All data is entered manually by you
• You will not use the Service in a way that violates the privacy or legal rights of others

4. Data Ownership and Privacy

• You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service
• We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, stored, and protected.

If in-app purchases are offered, payments are processed through Apple’s App Store payment system.

We do not collect or store payment card information.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Not My Roster is not liable for:

• Any loss of data
• Any content entered by users
• Any damages resulting from use of the Service

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or create legal risk.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept any updates.
